"Our sales expectations were not only met, but even exceeded," says a pleased Volker Bibelhausen, spokesperson for the Executive Board and Chief Technology Officer, and looks optimistically into the future: "We are confident that the excellent order books will continue to give us a tailwind despite the tense situation on the energy markets." Overall, the growth of the internationally leading electrical engineering supplier thus reflects the continuing positive trend in the electrical engineering and automation industry.

Weidmüller continues to grow

Weidmüller currently has close to 6,000 employees at more than 30 locations and 60 offices and is consistently pursuing its growth course worldwide. "We are planning an ongoing systematic increase in personnel in all areas as well as further strategic investments in new technologies and markets," explains Weidmüller Chief Financial Officer André Sombecki.
