New EPAL Euro Pallet with QR Code

Since January 2024 there is a new EPAL Euro pallet marked with a QR code. This innovation improves the digital tracking of pallets and ensures greater efficiency and transparency in logistics. The QR code is clearly visible on the pallet and facilitates management and tracking throughout the supply chain.

EPAL certification: A mark of quality

The EPAL approval ensures that the markings produced by the jetStamp^® 1025 models are durable and reliable. This guarantees that the markings remain legible at all times, even in a wide range of weather conditions, ensuring consistently high quality.

Flexible and mobile: the jetStamp^® 1025 series

The jetStamp^® 1025 series – consisting of the standard model and the jetStamp^® 1025 sense – offers compact and mobile marking solutions. They are ideal for flexible use in different locations. Both models can produce prints up to 2 inches (52 mm) high and 85 mm wide with special add-ons. In addition, special SPIKES for rough surfaces or HAFTBELAG for smooth materials ensure clear and precise prints every time.

Pallet tracking

The jetStamp^® 1025 models enable seamless and efficient pallet tracking by connecting directly to the EPAL app. QR codes, IPPC and EPAL logos are generated directly from the cloud and immediately printed on pallets. This makes it possible to monitor the flow of goods in real time and ensures transparency along the entire supply chain. This not only simplifies logistics processes, but also ensures accurate documentation and greater security in pallet management.

The jetStamp^® 1025 Series is fast, accurate and flexible. An imprint takes less than 1 second and can be applied to almost any material. With a resolution of 300 dpi, prints are crisp and easy to read in any light. The battery lasts for up to 1,000 prints per charge, making work much easier. The EPAL certification also guarantees a high resistance of the markings in outdoor areas.
