RSNA 2024: Ziehm Imaging presents innovative technologies to enhance the comprehensive intraoperative hybrid solution

At this year’s RSNA, Ziehm Imaging, the innovation leader for mobile C-arms, will be exhibiting with a joint stand with its subsidiaries Orthoscan and Therenva. Alongside solutions for cardiology and orthopedics, Ziehm Imaging will be presenting a complete mobile hybrid room for endovascular applications. Physicians will be able to see for themselves the innovative EndoSize1 endovascular planning software and the EndoNaut2 intraoperative navigation system live at the booth. Both systems work with algorithms based on artificial intelligence. Visitors can also expect highlights from Orthoscan’s mini C-arm product portfolio.

Complete mobile hybrid solution in combination with Therenva EndoSize and EndoNaut system

The range of applications for mobile C-arms is continuing to grow worldwide, particularly in the cardiovascular segment. With its mobile hybrid room, Ziehm Imaging presents comprehensive intraoperative solutions – from planning software and intraoperative imaging to mobile or ceiling-mounted monitor systems. The intuitive EndoSize planning software saves valuable time when planning cardiovascular cases thanks to a fast, automated and AI-based image processing algorithm. The Ziehm Vision RFD Hybrid Edition3 is a powerful mobile C-arm with up to 30 kW4 and state-of-the-art CMOS technology offering outstanding image quality for demanding procedures. Combined with the EndoNaut intraoperative navigation system, the C-arm enables greater precision while at the same time reducing the dose and contrast medium.

Last but not least, Ziehm Imaging will be demonstrating how to make large displays as mobile as all the other components of the mobile hybrid room.

"We are delighted to be able to provide users with a comprehensive mobile hybrid room solution with our innovative systems, offering them top quality combined with maximum flexibility," said Martin Törnvik, Vice President Global Sales & Marketing.

Ziehm Solo FD for various requirements with a small footprint

With its all-in-one design, the Ziehm Solo FD is one of the most compact C-arms on the market. The product line does not require a separate monitor cart, making it easy to maneuver even in the smallest treatment scenarios. The Ziehm Solo FD is available both as a premium version with the latest CMOS flat-panel technology and as the Ziehm Solo FD lite5, 6 with forward-looking IGZO detectors for more price-sensitive markets.

Ziehm Imaging continues to set benchmarks in intraoperative 3D imaging

The Ziehm Vision RFD 3D covers a wide range of applications, from high-end orthopedics, traumatology and spinal surgery to innovative vascular procedures. Visitors to the trade fair booth can also expect a glimpse at future software functions, such as a new high-quality imaging mode and the optimized Volume Rendering Technique (VRT) for improved 3D visualization7.

Mini C-arm family for hand and foot surgery, and pediatric imaging

Orthoscan’s TAU family of mini C-arms are the first mini C-arms designed and approved for use with pediatric patients. Each TAU product includes Intelligent Dose Reduction that allows the systems to achieve significant dose savings at every level without sacrificing image quality. The Orthoscan TAU 2020 has the largest detector, largest field-of-view, and a 32” 4K resolution diagnostic touchscreen monitor for exceptional viewing. For clinical imaging space, the Orthoscan Mobile DI is an affordable 35lb portable mini C-arm offering digital diagnostic imaging & fluoroscopy. Mobile DI easily moves between patient rooms and satellite offices. Both Mini C-arms will be on exhibit at the booth.
